Oh my Oreo! cake

 

You’ll need:

(for the cake)
280g flour
70g cocoa
240g sugar
een snuifje zout

a pinch of salt

24g baking powder
160g butter at room temperature
4 eggs
250g full fat milk
10 oreos, for the bottom
10 oreos, for the batter

(for the cream cheese filling)
115g butter at room temperature
200g cream cheese
400g icing sugar
8 oreos

Important steps:

Preheat the oven to 180C/350F.

Bake the cake for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Allow to cool down completely before filling.

Chill the cake for at least one hour to let the filling set.
