Edible Chocolate Mousse Bowl w/ Red Fruits

 

You’ll need

(for the edible bowl)
50g butter at room temperature
80g icing sugar
2 egg whites (60g)
50g flour
1 tsp milk

(for the mousse)
200g red fruits
50g sugar
240g pure chocolate
4 egg yolks
60g sugar
6 egg whites
a pinch of salt

(for decoration)
100g white chocolate

Important steps:

Baking the bowl: 11 minutes on 180°C/350°F, or until the edges have turned golden brown and the middle is still pliable

Mousse: after pouring into the edible bowl, chill for at least three hours or thirty minutes in the freezer.
