Oreo Spread

 
 

 

You’ll need:

200g cream cheese

120g butter at room temperature

300g icing sugar

10 Oreos

Directions:

Mix butter and cream cheese until no lumps remain. Add icing sugar s and beat with an electric mixer for 5 minutes, until the mixture has turned pale and fluffy.

Chop up the Oreos and whisk through the spread. Pour into a jar and keep chilled for maximum 2 weeks.

  1. Hmmmm, ik heb de pasta zelf gemaakt aan de hand van dit recept en het smaakt heerlijk. Zeker iets om vaker te gaan gebruiken bij taartjes en cupcakes !
