Single ‘n Healthy Microwave Apple Crumble



 
 

 

You’ll need:

1 apple

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp ginger

50g oats

a pinch of salt

20g vegetable oil (e.g corn oil)

5g Stevia OR 2 tbsp coconut sugar OR 1 tbsp honey

 

Method:

Mix together oats, oil, salt & stevia. Set aside.

Peel the apple, remove the core and cut into small pieces. In a microwable cup or ramekin, toss with cinnamon & sweetener.

Sprinkle crumble mixture on top and bake for 5 minutes on 600W in the microwave.
